The overall aim is to contribute to the development of evidence-based practice by sharing and developing knowledge. Target groups are both the professionals within the Health Care System, and laypeople, managers, politicians, the press etc.
REHPA works in cycles between mapping, intervention, evaluation and communication. We work with many interdisciplinary designs and methods, exploring rehabilitation and palliative care and how they impact on health organisations, professionals and everyday life for patients, relatives and carers.
We work with a wide variety of people, professions and organizations at all levels in research, education, health care and civil society.
REHPA offers guidance and advice for students and professionals who are, or are going to undertake specific projects on rehabilitation and palliative care. We offer an advisory meeting of up to 2 hours at REHPA. The meeting is based on a written presentation of the project/problem (max 5 A4 pages) that you must submit before the meeting.
In special cases, REHPA can continue to provide sparring/advice in the form of ongoing consultancy. The needs and opportunities for this will be identified at the initial meeting.
